the person
born on january 13th 1978, i live with my partner in my home city of dublin, ireland. i've always been into photography, but only started taking pictures regularly in 2000 and started to take it more seriously in mid-2002. professionally i am a web developer and also a law student. this website is presently on hiatus due to pressures of being that said web developer and law student. hopefully the site will resume at some point in the future. e-mail can be sent to tom@(thisdomainname).org.

the gear
i currently shoot with a nikon d70 and a nikon 70Ds, with three nikkor lenses - a 18-70mm dx, a 70-300mm g and a 50mm d. for lighting, i use a nikon sb-800. previously i used a nikon 5700 and before that a nikon 990, both of them members of the nikon coolpix family. most of the photos on the site are taken with the d70 and d70s, but occasionally an older photo taken with my previous gear will appear.
